How We Serve
Our volunteers are the heart of our team.
Here are a few of the ways we serve the community.

Prayer
Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do for a person is to pray for them.

During the Food Pantry, we encourage our guests to write down their prayer requests. The requests are then given to a Prayer Warrior to pray over.

Food Assistance
Since 2015 we've been delivering groceries to families who face food insecurity in our community.
In June of 2018, we started hosting a monthly, open-community Food Pantry.

We were blessed to be able to give out more than 10,000 meals in 2020 and more than 20,000 pounds of food in 2021.

One on One Mentoring
To break the cycle of poverty, education and consistency are vital.

To empower our clients, we provide one on one mentoring that is specialized for their needs. This may be meal planning, child care, budgeting, etc.
We also partner with other organizations, such as Cooking Matters, to offer life skill classes to families in the community.
